Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all operational requirements of Jakarta Premium Outlets.
• Manage various Center operations including parking, maintenance, and outsourced services such as custodial (including Food Hall custodial), landscaping, pest control, security, waste management, mechanical and electrical systems, and support from external consultants (e.g., CCTV, fire safety equipment, generator maintenance, lifts and escalators, and sewage treatment plant maintenance).
• Ensure all operational matters are executed smoothly and in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
• Report any major or serious discrepancies encountered at Jakarta Premium Outlets and provide recommendations for management approval.
• Coordinate and liaise with service providers for outsourced operational services.
• Assist in cultivating and maintaining a strong working relationship with local authorities.
• Monitor and manage the Center operations budget.
• Adhere to the tender process as determined by the company and carry out tenders in a transparent, fair and effective manner.
• Cultivate and maintain a strong working relationship with the Center operations team and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor/ master’s degree with a major in Management/ Engineering/ Business.
• Age between 28 to 45 years old.
• Possession of a K3/ Fire Fighting Manager certificate is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experiences as Operations Manager/ Center Manager.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly disciplined and responsible.
• Experienced in handling complaints from brand partners and service providers.
