SYSTEM (ABCS) POLICY

Genting Simon Group in Indonesia, consisting of PT Nusantara Management Indonesia and PT Pembangunan Property Nusantara (“Company“) is committed to conducting its business professionally, fairly, ethically and with the highest standard of integrity.

The Company takes a zero-tolerance approach towards all forms of bribery and corruption and will take firm action against the perpetrators of bribery and corruption.

The Company aims to set out the main principles, policies and guideline that the Company practices in relation to anti-bribery and corruption.

This policy applies to the Company’s Personnel (commissionaires, directors, and employees), all third parties including suppliers, vendors, contractors, tenants, consultants, and service providers performing work or services for or on behalf of the Company.

Acts of bribery and corruption includes gift, hospitality & entertainment, donation, facilitation payments, preferential terms, anything of value, kickbacks, favors, gratuities with potential of conflict of interest of bribery and corruption.

Our Personnel are obligated to uphold ethics, professionalism, and Company’s reputation also void conflicts of interest and protect confidential information.

To support this policy, all Personnel must comply with the provisions in this policy and communicate to all third parties to create a work culture in accordance with the values of Genting Simon Group.
