Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of the premises.
• Ensure all buildings and brand partner stores are operational and ready to use (Building Management).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout Jakarta Premium Outlets.
• Ensure that all operational procedures are followed by third-party service providers, the company’s operations team, and internal employees.
• Coordinate work with third parties such as cleaning service, landscaping, safety security, parking.
• Ensure that all policies, regulations and guidelines within the Center’s operational areas are followed out by both operational team and brand partners.
• Collect monthly performance data from third parties service providers for evaluation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Age between 18 to 25 years old.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
